Resident: Must provide an official letter from the hospital confirming their status and/or a student card valid for 2024–2025.

Student: Must provide an official letter from the university/institute confirming their student status and/or a student card valid for 2024–2025.

Registration includes: Participation in sessions, printed program, 2 coffee breaks and lunch for 30 September & 1 October, and 1 coffee break for 2 October.

Cancellation Policy

Registration Cancellation Policy:
Refund of registration fees will be made as follows:
Up to 90 days prior to the conference: full refund less €150 bank charges
Up to 60 days prior to the conference: cancellation charge of €200
Fewer than 59 days prior to the conference: no refund 

Cancellation requests must be received in writing at pamela@gtgevents.com

No refunds are offered for sessions that may be cancelled or shortened due to weather or other circumstances beyond GTGL Global Events LTD and HMP Global's control.
