General

Q: What is the format of this year’s AMP Europe and when will it take place?
A: We are excited to announce that the AMP Europe will be delivered as an online experience, taking place 12-14 October 2020. The AMP Europe virtual experience will include presentations broadcast live, recorded cases, live panel discussions and audience Q&A, a virtual exhibit hall, and opportunities for networking with global colleagues. All sessions will be available on-demand for 12 months after the event. 

Q: Will the live meeting in Switzerland be rescheduled for this year? 
A: No. AMP Europe 2020 will now be a virtual experience. We will gather again in-person for the 3rd annual meeting, taking place in Lugano, Switzerland in 2021.

Q: What is the program for the virtual meeting?
A: The AMP Europe Course Directors and Faculty have developed an outstanding program for 2020. You will receive all of the educational content you would have at the live meeting. Please see the latest agenda for more information.

Q: What time zone will the virtual meeting take place in?
A: CEST - Central European Summer Time

Registration and Connectivity

Q: How do I register?
A: Register here for the AMP Europe 2020 Virtual Experience.

Q: I had previously registered for the AMP Europe 2020 live event. What will happen to my registration?
A: If you were registered for the in-person meeting, you are automatically being re-registered for the virtual offering. We look forward to your participation in this exciting experience. For questions or more information, please contact m.durschei@ee-impact.org.

Q: What are my options if I registered for the in-person event and am unable to attend the Virtual Experience?
A:
All sessions will be on-demand and available to you for 12 months. You can claim credit for all of the CME-accredited on-demand sessions.

If this option doesn’t suit you, we can register you for the 2021 meeting.

Q: What kind of software will be required to view the sessions and interact with the experts?
A: The AMP Europe Virtual Experience will be web-based, so all you will need is a computer/iPad/tablet or phone and an internet connection. Log-in instructions will be provided closer to the meeting.

Q: Will all sessions that were scheduled for the in-person meeting be presented at the virtual meeting? 
A: All sessions will either be available live or recorded and provided through our on-demand sessions. 

Q: Will I be able to watch recordings of the sessions being presented after the conference?
A: Yes, all sessions broadcast during the virtual event will be recorded and available for viewing after the conference.

Q: When will the live sessions be available for on-demand?
A: The recordings of live sessions will be made available within 24 hours of the conclusion of the live broadcast that day. Check back on the session page for a link to the recording. You will have access to the all of the content for 12 months, earning up to 19 SGA & 20 SGG credits

Q: How will I access the on-demand sessions?
A: If you are looking for a session that occurred live during the virtual conference broadcast, those recordings will be available within 24-hours of the conclusion of the live broadcast that day. 

Q: How do I claim credit for participating in AMP Virtual?
A: After the conclusion of the virtual conference you will get a certificate by email. With this certificate you can claim credits at the according society.

Q. I am a member of the Press and would like to participate in the virtual experience.
A: Please reach out to pr@hmpglobal.com to complete a press access form. Once approved, you will be registered and receive a link to access.
