AMP Europe is an expansion of the Amputation Prevention Symposium (AMP), the flagship meeting now in its eleventh year that takes place annually in August in Chicago. AMP is the only meeting of its kind, focused on the treatment and prevention of Critical Limb Ischemia (CLI), a global public health epidemic.
The goal of AMP Europe is the same as Chicago: to save limbs and save lives. AMP Europe will deliver a practical program on CLI prevalence, diagnosis, treatment (surgical, endovascular, and medical management), and post-revascularization surveillance. The inaugural congress will be tailored to the specific needs of the healthcare systems throughout Europe and beyond, and renowned faculty will give participants the opportunity to gain insight and perspective on CLI advances from around the world.
AMP Europe will serve as an excellent forum to connect clinicians—interventional cardiologists, interventional radiologists, vascular surgeons, and the entire limb salvage team—with the foremost experts in CLI to gain knowledge and learn from one another.
